On 28 and 29 November, the FORUM Translational Medicine 2018 event will be held in Würzburg. The conference will present highlights in biomedical research and development of new therapies from different sectors, such as academia, clinic, spin-offs, and industry. Experts will speak on a range of topics such as new targets in immunotherapy and autoimmune diseases, cell and gene therapy and new cancer chemotherapeutics.

Participants can learn more about specific research projects in the event’s poster sessions, which will be divided into three focus areas: new technologies, new targets and new therapies. Furthermore, there will be a platform for start-ups to pitch to potential investors. The event is expected to attract biologists, physicians, data scientists, technology providers, innovators and other key players in the field.
