The KAMLEON project, one of the chosen participants for the 2017 edition of CaixaImpulse, has received a number of awards over recent months from different institutions in the province of Tarragona. Last April the KAMLEON team received the Academic Talent Award in the 3rd edition of the Young Talent Awards, held by the Gresol Foundation.

In addition, at the end of January KAMLEON was selected for one of the Entrepreneur Awards, presented annually by the Provincial Government of Tarragona in order to encourage entrepreneurship and innovation. Finally, in 2017 the project was given second prize in the Tarragona City Council Business Awards under the business idea category.

Founded at the Rovira i Virgili University, KAMLEON is developing a cloud platform capable of monitoring hydration levels through urine and sweat sensors.
